Sometimes the music just moves you to dance. And in Alabama, it would seem that the music is moving a lot of people, because we've got plenty of festivals, events and performances devoted to the art of dance. The Montgomery-based Alabama Dance Theatre's annual holiday performance, "Mistletoe," features classical and contemporary works. Their spring production is entitled "A Celebration of the Season," and includes the storybook classic "Peter Pan." Further south in Mobile, Alabama Contemporary Dance presents "HOPE: A Dance Project." Come to Alabama to experience the power of dance. It might just get your feet moving too. |
